Tyler Arcari

Tyler Arcari (b. 1989) is a composer, clinician and teacher whose music is played throughout the United States and abroad. He received his B.A. and M.S. degrees in music education from Troy University where he studied theory with composer Ralph Ford and euphonium with Dr. Mark J. Walker. Tyler has also taught at both the middle school and high school levels. As a high school director, Mr. Arcari’s bands consistently received superior ratings at contests and festivals. As a commissioned composer, Tyler writes marching band shows and original works for various types of ensembles. His music is featured on multiple state lists as well as Bandworld Magazine’s Top 100. Currently Tyler serves as the Instrumental Music Editor and exclusive composer with Excelcia Music Publications, LLC; a publishing company based in Florida created by composer Larry Clark. Tyler is an addicted video gamer who builds his own computers and slays dragons “on the reg”! He lives in Lakeland, FL with an orange cat named Otis and two lop-eared rabbits: Maximus and Marshmallow.
